At the next set of traffic lights turn right into Goble Road. Keep on Goble Road over three sets of traffic lights. Goble Road corsses over Venice Road and becomes Mentone Road. Take the first turning left into Sir Arthur Road. Audacia Manor is the last property on the right hand side at the bottom of the cul-de-sac.
